We drove down to Bandon for the day. The seastacks here were plentiful and we were looking for the Circles in the Sand exhibit. This exhibit is a maze that is created by eight people at low tide but is totally wiped out at high tide. They only prepare this exhibit on select days during the summer and we did not select the correct day.

We enjoyed a wonderful day browsing the shops in this really cute town. We had a great lunch of fish tacos and I enjoyed the Crater Lake hazelnut vodka cold brew coffee. I loved it so much we stopped by the liquor store and I bought two bottles, our limit to take back.

Last we stopped at the face rock creamery and enjoyed Umpqua Ice cream for the first time. This is made here in the Willamette Valley. The pralines and cream was to die for and Kevin also had the Bordeaux cherry. We both decided this could possibly be the best ice cream we’ve ever had.
