We left this morning for Forks, our home for the next 3 nights. We stopped in Sequim for an oil change and groceries and then we’re on our way.

Our host recommended Rialto Beach. Lots of angry waves were crashing on shore here. The beaches mostly small stones. We saw some seastacks in the distance and decided to scramble over all the rocks and huge driftwood trees to see if there were any starfish in the tide pools. Finally we were in luck and what a haul. Orange and purple starfish were clinging to the rocks. Kevin saw a sea lion and we saw three eagles.
